Erin Cameron-Murillo is a chef who is constantly exploring the modern food scene. She was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, in the heart of the Napa Valley. Her undergraduate work was done in Psychology at the University of Southern California in beautiful Los Angeles. A background in pastry, a passion for southern comfort food, and a need for a healthier lifestyle all contribute to her desire to explore alternative culinary options. She currently resides in Issaquah, Washington with her husband and their lovable beagle, Molly.
